Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days of order being placed. Occasionally due to factors beyond our control (weather delays for example) it may take longer. If this happens, we will notify you when the package ships. Please note that once your package has been delivered to the shipping provider, we have no control over the speed at which your package moves.
We offer a flat shipping fee of $11 for domestic ground shipping on all orders. We currently ship UPS and USPS.
Returns
Because we want every customer buying the highest quality new product, yarn that still has its label attached and has not been wound can be exchanged for a Wasatch and Wool gift card, store-credit or other in-stock store items if returned to the store within 60 days.
Books, magazines, patterns and discounted (sale) yarn cannot be returned or exchanged. Classes, if cancelled 10 days before the first day of class, can be exchanged for a future class only. We enforce this policy on behalf of our teachers who have committed their time and expertise.
