Refund policy

Because we want every customer to buy the highest quality new product, yarn that still has its label attached and has not been wound can be exchanged for a Wasatch and Wool gift card or other in-stock store items if returned to the store within 60 days.

Books, magazines, patterns and discounted (sale) yarn cannot be returned or exchanged.   

Classes, if cancelled 10 days before the first day of class, can be exchanged for a future class only. We enforce this policy on behalf of our teachers who have committed their time and expertise.
