I'm So Basic Socks

Mondays, January 5, February 2 & 9, March 2 from 10am-12pm

Take some time after the busy holiday season to knit something for yourself! These cozy socks are the perfect knit to help bring in the new year. During class, we’ll cover how to cast-on and knit cuff-down socks, including how to use the magic loop technique, knitting a heel flap and gusset, and grafting with a Kitchener stitch. Knitters in this class should feel comfortable working a project in the round, increasing/decreasing, and reading a simple pattern.

Recommended yarns are Malabrigo Sock or Ultimate Sock, Dream in Color Smooshy Cashmere, Yarn Nouveau Twist Sock, Dragon Hoard Myth Fingering

* Please note that supplies need to be purchased from Wasatch and Wool Yarns, but as a thank you for attending our classes, students will receive a 10% discount on all non-sale supplies. They will also receive a 10% discount on the final day of class for all non-sale purchases. Participants not using yarn from Wasatch and Wool will be charged an additional $35.

*Classes, if cancelled 10 days before the first day of class, can be exchanged for a future class only. We enforce this policy on behalf of our teachers who have committed their time and expertise. There are no exchanges or refunds for classes cancelled less than 10 days from the first day of class.
