Ida Tee Class

Sundays, April 19 & 26, May 10, 17, & 31 from 3:00-5:00 pm

The Ida Tee combines meditative stockinette sessions with eyelets and stripes! If you want to try making a top for the first time (and like a little visual interest), then this class is the one for you! The colored stripes can be omitted if you prefer. Knitters in this class should feel comfortable increasing/decreasing and reading a simple pattern. We will go over the basics of raglan-style construction, including how to determine your size, make a gauge swatch, and read a graded pattern.

Recommended yarns are DK weight Sandnes Garn Duo, Madeline Tosh Wool + Cotton, Knitting for Olive Pure Silk (held double), Kremke Morning Salutation, Rowan Creative Linen, Woolfolk Stra

Recommended needles are US 8 and US 6 circulars.

* Please note that supplies need to be purchased from Wasatch and Wool Yarns, but as a thank you for attending our classes, students will receive a 10% discount on all non-sale supplies. Patterns also need to be purchased for the class. Students will also receive a 10% discount on the final day of class for all non-sale purchases. Participants not using yarn from Wasatch and Wool will be charged an additional $35.

*Classes, if cancelled 10 days before the first day of class, can be exchanged for a future class only. We enforce this policy on behalf of our teachers who have committed their time and expertise. There are no exchanges or refunds for classes cancelled less than 10 days from the first day of class.
