In the words of this pattern writer, “Life is hard and we all need a chicken to help make it better!” Put a little whimsy in your life with this darling emotional support chicken. This is a great class for advanced beginners and knitters who are new to toy making. During the four sessions we’ll cover the fundamentals of making knitted stuffies, including sewing and crochet techniques for piecing projects together, and shaping techniques (short rows!).

Recommended yarns are Berroco Ultra Wool, Cascade 220, Blue Sky Worsted or Sandnes Garn Alpakka Ull.

*Please note that supplies need to be purchased from Wasatch and Wool Yarns, but as a thank you for attending our classes, students will receive a 10% discount on all non-sale supplies. They will also receive a 10% discount on the final day of class for all non-sale purchases. Participants not using yarn from Wasatch and Wool will be charged an additional $35. 

*Classes, if cancelled 10 days before the first day of class, can be exchanged for a future class only. We enforce this policy on behalf of our teachers who have committed their time and expertise. There are no exchanges or refunds for classes cancelled less than 10 days from the first day of class.
