If you’re looking for something to knit for a little one in your life, this cardigan may be for you! We’ll be making the cardigan version of this pattern in class, which features a cute leaf motif on the yoke. Learn all of the cardigan basics with this pint-sized knit! During this advanced beginner class, we’ll cover how to measure a gauge swatch, how to read patterns with different sizes and how to read charts. You’ll also learn important techniques for garment making, including picking up stitches for underarms and a button band, and sewing on buttons. Knitters should feel comfortable reading basic patterns and increasing/decreasing.

Recommended yarns are Sandnes Garn Duo, Sandnes Garn Line, Sandnes Garn Double Sunday, Madeline Tosh Wool & Cotton.

* Please note that supplies need to be purchased from Wasatch and Wool Yarns, but as a thank you for attending our classes, students will receive a 10% discount on all non-sale supplies. They will also receive a 10% discount on the final day of class for all non-sale purchases. Participants not using yarn from Wasatch and Wool will be charged an additional $35. 

*Classes, if cancelled 10 days before the first day of class, can be exchanged for a future class only. We enforce this policy on behalf of our teachers who have committed their time and expertise. There are no exchanges or refunds for classes cancelled less than 10 days from the first day of class.
