In my Cozy Era

Hello Friends,

Wow, what an incredible couple of months it's been! I've absolutely loved meeting so many of you in the community. We had such an amazing Grand Reopening, I have so much gratitude in my heart for the support I have received from all of you. Thank you all for coming to introduce yourselves, for spending time knitting here, and for supporting the shop.

 

Yarn Nouveau

This is the first yarn I knew I wanted to bring to the shop. I'm SO excited to bring this yarn to you. Yarn Nouveau is a locally dyed yarn with rich colors so beautiful, moody and deep. The round yarn leans into the amazing stitch definition it provides and the softness is perfect for a cozy knit. We have Twist Sock, DK and Worsted weight yarn in the shop. These yarns are perfect for sweaters and accessories.



















Wool & Pine has created the perfect patterns using Yarn Nouveau. The Alchemist Slipover and The Alchemist Pullover are knit top-down in DK weight showing off clean lines with a perfect v-neck. The Alchemist Pullover was released in October, perfect timing to get cozy.

Twig Shawl by tin can knits


The Twig shawl pattern was recently released and I'm loving the detail on the shawl. We have a variety of yarns at the shop that would be great for this pattern including Julie Asselin Leizu DK, Dragon Hoard's Fairytale DK, Yarn Nouveau's Merino DK, and Woolfolk's Tov DK.

New Things in Store 

  • If you haven't come to see the new "Living Room" complete with a new chandelier, come by and sit for a while! We have tea and a cozy spot for you. 
  • Meet our Alpaca! Step into our restroom to see our new addition...or mascot? I really love the joy and chuckle I get from seeing her when I walk in the room.

Ultimate Coziness: Atenti

 

We've restocked our Atenti bags with a lot of plush coziness. They are a great last minute Christmas gift and perfect for holding your WIPS or using as a purse to pair with your knits. I did a live on Instagram showing each of the bags that have arrived. I love the coordinating colors on the interior and especially the pockets.

 

Lizzy House


As a quilter and sewist, I have LOVED Lizzy House and her designs for a very long time. (We also had the luckiest time and greatest pleasure of being roommates which lead to many fun late nights sewing dresses with each other.)

Come in to see her beautifully designed cards, zipper pulls, recipe cards and more!

 

Winter Help Hours:

Annabel is back and continuing help hours! Help hours have moved to Fridays from 11 am - 2 pm for the winter. 

Please feel welcome to stop by Wednesdays or Fridays to sit & stitch.
