Edie Class

Are you looking forward to warmer weather? The Edie Class will help you get ready by helping you knit a tee which will be perfect for warmer days ahead. It will be held on Mondays, March 13th, 20th, April 3rd, and 10th from 10am to noon. This is a class for adventurous advanced beginners or intermediates. Students should feel comfortable casting-on, working in the round, and reading a simple pattern before taking this class.

Students will knit Edie by Isabell Kraemer. They will learn about sizing, gauge, positive and negative ease, slip stitches, German Short Rows, and picking up stitches. Edie is a simple tee worked with raglan increases from the top down.

*The yarn that we recommend is Sparrow from Quince & Co. Other options are Rowan Cotton Cashmere or Softyak DK. 

*Supplies need to be purchased from Wasatch and Wool Yarns, but class participants will receive a 10% discount on non-sale supplies. They will also receive a 10% discount on the final day of class. We recommend that needles are purchased from Wasatch and Wool as there are significant differences between needle brands.

*Classes, if cancelled 10 days before the first day of class, can be exchanged for a future class only. We enforce this policy on behalf of our teachers who have committed their time and expertise. There are no exchanges or refunds for classes cancelled less than 10 days from the first day of class. Participants not using yarn from Wasatch and Wool will be charged an additional $30.
